Mechanical 4 color pencil stamped made in Germany no lead left have not tried to replace them. Doesn't appear to be that big of a deal I just don't have any lying around. All 4 mechanisms slide forward and back. As they should. No big dents scratches or anything else think it should of had a shirt clip not present on this one all and all 8/10. The case was something that was just in my shop but it does come with it.
